They have sent me defective vapes in the past, but required me to pay to ship them back at my own cost. And most recently I did not receive an entire order, and haven’t answered 3 of my emails requesting them to ship a replacement. Using another service instead who's more reputable and far less shady

This company has gone down hill in the past 6 months. Had zero issues for years but the past 6 months, received 5 defective vapes. Tried contacting multiple times and get zero response from the company.

The order is great the shipping is fine but don’t have a customer service question link if no one answers them. Twice I have needed a support question answered and no response from you guys.

Purchased the monster ice box vapes and all the ones in my package tasted burnt. I paid out of my own pocket to return them and have not seen a refund or replacement order ever since. I placed an order after that and they were good but just received another order yesterday thinking it was just a hiccup or something and all of them taste burnt again!!!! This has literally left a bad taste in my mouth. AVOID at all cost.

My product was faulty . It tasted and smelled horrible like burnt tires. I couldn’t use it / still obviously cannot . I’ve emailed and contacted the “contact us” number provided have not received any response therefore will be disputing it with the bank.

I purchased two disposable vapes and when they arrived, one of them didn’t work at all and the other worked for about an hour and stopped working. I know I didn’t pay very much money for them and they were on sale, but I didn’t expect them to be this broken.

My package never came and I texted the number (224-208-8034) that was listed on the site for help. It seems my package was stolen so they issued me a new package. I asked that it be sent to a different address because it seemed logical that the package was stolen. They said a new address is fine. Before I could even provide the new address they apparently shipped out the replacement to the previous address (the one in which I told them it was probably stolen so let’s not send it there). Well, they already had shipped it out, and guess what, never received, possibly stolen again. I reached out again and have been texting that number everyday for the past 2 weeks. They were pretty responsive the first time around but after I the second package was sent to the wrong address and I never received it, they have been ignoring me ever since. No word back on anything and now I’m out $150 because of your shipping error. Absolutely unprofessional to ignore customers.
