Ordered 6 3% nicotine Hyde Vapes 2 out of 6 showed up where 5% nicotine. Fast service using expedited shipping but wrong product. Reached out via email and text twice with no reply

It doesn’t last long it was good and than it’s all bad the taste and the light doesn’t turn off. At first it was good and than it all turn bad.

Service is good. The only problem i have is that everytime i place an order and receive it one or two (out of 15 that I order at a time) of the air vapes are defective and dont work!

I’ve had a few vapes that did not work. I tried contacting for a return and nobody answered or returned my call.

Everytime I buy them 2 don't work. Everytime I contact the company I am ignored

Trying to set up a return for an exploded vape is a nightmare. Send the label to us. We shouldn't have to pay for shipping back to you. Or accept a picture and go from there. I have utilized the texting feature listed on the site and no-one responds to that. I am a VERY LOYAL customer. I have spent hundreds of dollars with you guys. I have had 3 mishaps with vapes so far out of MANY that I have purchased. Over all I am satisfied. The return process is again, a night mare. Im looking for more help with that. Are we just out our money when we are sent a damaged item?

Some of the Clearance pods I bought didn't work. Maybe this is why they were on clearance. I had 3 dud out of 10:-(
