Alternativepods.comReviews of alternativepods.com

12/03/20 Bought Bang XXL from here....4 for 61.00. They lasted no more than a day! Have texted and emailed and I am getting no response at all! What a waste...glad I didn’t order more than I did! Will never order again as they have the worst customer service ever!!!!

Horrible horrible horrible Plain and simple They say shipping in 2 days which is false It’s been a week and my package still hasn’t been shipped out. First and last time using this company

This company ships to minors. they do not screen. they are dangerous and have no evidence that there product is safe.

So, I had an order of $1,900 in my cart about 10 minutes ago ready to check out to add some stock to my store. After reading the reviews I ultimately decided against ordering from alternative pods. Initially this was a small purchase and if everything checked out I was going to process a larger order. The responses from their staff on these reviews is terrible. I’m sure it’s the owner and he probably thinks he is some bad ass. So when you read this, just know that I’d smack the teeth out of your face if you ever spoke to a woman the way you do on here, in front of me boy. Secondly, the FDA has already issued a judgement warning against you once. Just on principle, I’m going to periodically check back on here to see if you treat customers better over the next few weeks, and if not... go ahead and consider your website blacklisted by the ATF & FDA for the forementioned torts.

They sent my $170.00 order to the wrong address. Claimed it was because I wrote in my city incorrectly when I used an address I use all the time. "Their shipping system" switched my street name and zip code to something else. They tried to tell me it was half my fault and only wanted to refund 50%. So now I'm going to contact my credit card and argue the charge. UPDATE...THEY JUST CONTACTED ME AND SAID THEY WILL BE POSTING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLINE IF I WRITE THIS REVIEW AND WON'T GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY FOR ANYTHING NOW. Hope none of you every had a problem with your product or their shipping mistakes because below is just a sample of the responses I got from "customer service" when I told them I expected a full refund or reshipment instead of the 50% they were "compromising" with because they were, according to them, "losing money" too. Look at these professional responses. BTW, they are making me dispute their employee error to get my money back. The customer service responses were as follows: And now you will not get 50% lol. I just read your review. No truth there. We have over 500 orders and you want us to check the address? Why 499 other had no issues but you had? You are cheap ass because you want us to loose 200$ Karma baby Completely unprofessional and does not care about customers at all.

Prices are good and shipping is ok but their customer service is horrible. They won't pick up or reply to my multiple email attempts. I have a tracker in my email so I know they read them but just ignore them. Some items are faulty and when I try to email to understand how the return process works and explain the issue, it gets ignored. When I initiates the return, I made a mistake. I tried reaching out to rectify but of course they won't reply. What's the point of a number and an email if you don't bother replying to your customers? And the 1 time you do, you ignore all questions and the main issue and just say "start the return process". Lastly, some items like I said did not work out of the box. Of course, not their fault but they should take responsibility as they are the sellers. I really hope my future orders don't get affected by this review.

The puff bars from this seller are counterfeit. The puff bars come with an authentication code and when you enter it at puffbar.com it states that they are counterfeit. They all taste weird too

First order with alternative pods and I ordered 10 1500 puff pens. 11th was free. They only sent me six pens then refused to refund me. I out over 100k per year in that Amex, I would never dispute a petty charge if it was legit. But I had no choice but to call Amex and do a partial charge back. The customer service rep I was emailing spoke broken English and original language is Russian. DO NOT TRUST ALTERNATIVE PODS!!
