I first off would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Altair Tech and in particular Kevin for helping me out with the S19K Pro I purchased. When my miner arrived it had the latest 2024 stock firmware and in which, if you don't know and you're new to mining, this can be a major issue if you want to have certain Asic monitoring software. Unlike *cough* Luxor Technology, Kevin was incredibly helpful with explaining how to flash my firmware so I could use their overclocking/monitoring software. Thank you so much again Kevin!

I've just received my Bitaxe from Altair (I chose the Gamma version for its Noctua fan, the Rolls in this field). The manufacturing is of great quality. The machine runs at 1.1 Th/s for a power consumption of 20W, which matches exactly the manufacturer's specifications. I had a problem at start-up (but it was my fault) and the support was extremely reactive, the config problem was quickly solved. In short, I highly recommend Altair Technology, both for the quality of their products and the efficiency of their customer support, an excellent experience.
