Altair Technology LLCReviews of altairtech.io

Customer service simply great and fast!

Excellent customer service when I had to check on my order and then again when I had to change the shipping address. Thanks a lot.

Amazing Customer Service I ordered a specialized component that required a few emails to clarify details. When I received it, there was a slight mismatch due to a communication error on my part. They helped me identify the right part and solved my problem quickly and effectively. Customer for life.

I used the website chat function for after warranty tech service. This was the second time I needed tech support, after first sending in my new device for repair. (That's when I sent it to the wrong address, and they went above and beyond to successfully retreive it). Now it is out of warranty, but the tech on the chat still helped me out, and quickly. Issued resolved, and my device is up and running again. If you become a customer, they will go out of their way to make it right.
