Shipping was quick. Though, the Bitaxe was damaged during shipment, I submitted a ticket and Altair reached out to me on a Sunday. Kris K was very helpful and professional. Kris attempted numerous fixes but ultimately the bitaxe was beyond repair. The bitaxe will be shipped back, hopefully for a replacement. I can't say enough about Kris K. Excellent troubleshooting skills with precise , easy to understand instructions. Thank you Kris K.
