I accidently ordered the wrong part for my miner, and Kris at Altair was kind enough to let me return it.

Excellent service, timely reply to my questions. Will also purchase another Avalon Q miner from them.

I needed to move my Ulracher from one wifi to another a few months after my initial purchase from Altair, ran into some issues with the Vonets unit not reseting properly. Reached out to Altair through the support chat, was moved to email support and they patiently helped be troubleshoot and resolve my issue. 5 star support, thank you so much team!

Dont know if Kris is the owner but he has been very responsive. The screen wasnt working on 1 of the delivered bitaxes and he shipped out a replacement. Initially, I told him I would write a review if I found a block but his immediate replace/response warrants a review. Thanks Kris, and still no block.

I am brand new to the world of bitcoin mining but having this bitaxe gamma makes things a lot easier the set-up was quite and easy shipping was as to be expected overall i am 100% satisfied
