So far I've had good experiences with this company. I've received everything I've ordered in a timely manner. They even corrected improper orders in a timely manner. I'll continue to do business with them. Will probably be purchasing a miner from them in the not too distant future.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, answered every question I had, and I was trepidatious about sending crypto for payment but everything went perfect and the miner was sent out immediately. Best price, best service, no tariffs or import fees, I'm very happy with Altair and would highly recommend them to anyone in the US looking for a miner.
