Received wrong item in a box from different product. Intentionally wrong item placed in different box. Sold as new new, never opened, never used.

I was able to get an expensive Patagonia pack at a significantly reduced price on Als.com. The item arrived fairly quickly and was exactly as described. No complaints!

I had to call Al's customer service three days after placing my order to find out why my order hadn't shipped. They then left the plastic anti theft tag on the bike helmet strap and sent the wrong model Giro helmet. I requested that Al's please send the proper model helmet to be told they don't have the model I ordered on their website in stock. They sent a return tag and I returned the helmet. I had to call Al's customer service again 2 weeks after I returned it to get the refund processed. Very poor service and I wish I had ordered the bike helmet from another vendor as this was all a serious waste of my time.

I ordered some Babolat tennis shoes that I thought were exactly like some I had purchased in a store a couple of years before. The name and size and style name were the same but when they arrived, it was a different newer model and did not fit me the same at all. I contacted the store and they emailed me a postage paid label to return the shoes and when the store received them, I got a full refund for what I had paid including the original shipping charge. I was so pleased and I will remember this store when I want to order tennis gear!
