Als.comReviews of als.com

Product shipped right away. The website was easy to use. I did have to call customer service to verify something and they were very helpful and easy to talk to.

got my order in on time.

We had some damage with the shipment and Al's worked with me to allow me to keep the product and refund a percentage of the price to allow me to get the item repaired to my satisfaction. They were very friendly and responsive and I would gladly buy from them again.

Great price and used to go backpacking in the Adirondacks ! Very happy with my purchase

Thank you Als, Amazing prices and great service when I needed to call you for some updates. Very happy!

Super customer service. Called to change the delivery address as it was a gift for my daughter. Their internet sales girl (whose name I fail to remember) was extremely helpful and took fast care of me. Two days later the sleeping bag was at my daughter's. Their price was the absolute best and I had to confirm that we were talking about the same item. That is exactly what was delivered, a TNF blue kazoo sleeping bag. JMT bound in September. My thanks to the crew!
