Great Customer Service
I was having trouble placing an order online and called Customer Service for assistance. The person on the other end of the line could not have been more helpful or more friendly. My experience was absolutely delightul!

Quality products for a great price
I have made many purchases through Als.com and have always had a good experience. Their prices are great and with the local pick up option, I have been able to receive my orders quickly. I would recommend using them as they have quality products for great prices.

Als.com terrible experience!
Als.com sent us a defective product, I emailed them and they agreed to swap it out, i asked for details on how to return the product and about a month later and 4-5 emails later no response from Als.com. I then put a credit card hold on the transaction and low and behold the next day they contacted me playing confused as to why i would put the transaction on hold. Anyway we agreed to send them back the defective product and then lift the transaction block once it was replaced. We sent them the product back at our expense to package the product and after a over a month and a number of emails, no reply..... I called them today and they changed their mind against the good faith agreement we had come to so they basically tricked us in to sending the product back and now they weren't planning on sending a replacement. This company has terrible customer service and can not be trusted, all what we wanted was a product that worked! This was definitely not a miscommunication, the company ignores emails, only responds when the credit card transaction is put on hold and then they promise to fix the issue and then lied about it.

However, in this instance, we see there was a full refund back to your account through your credit card company. Because of this, we are unable to provide any replacement.
