Grazie

Great experience all goes flawlessly smoothly.

I ordered a jacket. It arrived in 1 day. I checked the jacket and it is as it should be. I have never received ordered goods so fast. Good job.

Fantastico! Grazie Alpinestars!

Also selber zu UPS gefahren, Abgabebeleg erhalten.

I purchased at the beginning of August, after a week of no update I contacted and was told it was summer shutdown so order wouldn't ship for another week. I asked to cancel the order as I needed the helmet sooner. They said they couldn't. Anyway, 3 weeks after ordering it finally arrived, but as I'd already purchased another helmet I setup the return. Unfortunately it looks like the return is lost, I contacted over 3 weeks ago and was told a claim would be raised with UPS. Still no refund and now getting ignored. The ups claim website says there's an issue with the paperwork so they clearly haven't done their job properly. So frustrating getting ignored, all this could have been avoided if they had just cancelled my order. I wish I had come here first to see the bad experiences people have with this company. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!!!

My experience with alpinestar was good, the site works fine and the stuff i ordered came Quick.
