Avoid at all cost! I Ordered an item that was well too small and used the returns to get a refund and order a larger size. I returned the item over 1 month ago and still haven’t received a refund. Customer service communication is non existent, either not responding or providing a generic AI response. I have now escalated via buyer protection to try and resolve. Very poor for such a well known brand. I would not use this brand or company again.

Pacco predisposto al reso, sito molto fruibile per info reso con UPS. Rapido, veloce, rimborso immediato. Considerando che il tutto è avvenuto a cavallo delle festività natalizie, eccellente direi.

Les produits sont de qualité, et top depuis des années. Ils me correspondent bien. J’ai déjà eu à faire à leur service client qui est vraiment réactif et efficace. Ne changez rien ;)

Thinks a SCAM company. How can you describe yourself as “premium” when you don’t even have humans on your help desk? One month waiting for my £300 order and nothing. No updates, no one replies to emails, nothing. I’ve been ghosted by this “premium” company after handling them £300. Judging by the amount of reviews with the same issue, this is being done deliberately. I will never use them again.

I have never received my order to this day. They initially told me they would get back to me within 14 days, but instead you’re left having to email them repeatedly without getting any clear or useful response. It has now been over a month and I am still without my package, and they also refuse to refund my money. Very disappointing service.
