It couldn't have been easier!
It was the first time, in my 65 years of skiing, that I had purchased skis on the web... I was dubious... but it was a great experience. The ordering process was very simple. My new skis and bindings arrived in a few days and I had them mounted locally without an issue. I am just waiting for it to snow now!

Good people who know what they're doing
I bought a pair of skis at the ski and skate sale and brought them to Alpine Shop to get them tuned. Not only did they do an awesome job with the tune, they inspected the bindings closely and found that a couple screws were loose and brought it to my attention. They were really looking out for me and I appreciate that. Then I bought a POC helmet for my daughter who is going to race for her high school, and they helped make sure she had the right fit. I also know they do a lot for the community and they are really good at what they do for service as far as skiing stuff goes. I don't know about the rest as I haven't bought a bike or had my bike tuned there as I tune my own. If there bike dept is anything like the rest of their staff, they will do a professional job.

Was at first skeptical to use small on line vendor. Purchased expensive brand jacket at great discount. Called them , staff was extremely polite and helpful. Assured me they were an authorized dealer for this and other major brands. Assured I could return as long as left tags on. Even after I ordered , there was a promotion for free shipping which was significant and I missed it- called and they gladly applied promotion to order/ adjusted billing. Excellent store.

Always great
Always great. I've bought my board, husbands bindings , kids mittens, kids snow pants, kids ski lease, and brought my out of state family here for board rentals. The employees have always been super awesome and helpful!

Ski Purchase
The skis I initially ordered were out of stock, but Hillary more than made up for with her customer service. She upgraded the skis at no extra cost to me, was always in contact with me, and shipped my order overnight. Very reputable service and "old school" communication...hard to find today. Much appreciated.
