Part of my order was unavailable

I ordered and paid for a board. A few days later I received an email saying the board was out of stock and the system had not yet updated. I only received $25 off that I only had 30 days to use. Unfortunately, I most likely won't be shopping here in the future. I did however appreciate the email they sent me to ensure I knew of the refund.

Inventory not up to date. Item was purchased and order was cancelled the next day because it was out of stock. Charge was quickly refunded.

Ordered some Marker Griffin bindings. Sale price was really good, but the box they arrived in had clearly been opened. Not sure if they were ever used but was strange how one binding had a zip tie and the other didn’t. The mounting plates were very messy, covered in some kind of grease/paste. Still a good deal but was expecting new in box.

I have the shorts and thought the pants were cut the same. Unfortunately that is not the case. They are going back. As a reference I'm 5,4 weigh about 125lbs and have a more straight body shape. These pants would look better on a hour glass figure. The waist was too tight for me.

An order for ski bindings was cancelled by the shop due to no inventory, though it was available online.

Quick service and product as described. A little disappointed in the customer service end as they shipped bindings with my skis which did not actually fit the ski. I had to have someone locally replace this as when I attempted to contact the Alpine Shop they never returned a message
