Bought a pair of ski on sale, I was lucky to get them on a such good price. The quality is really great. The delivery took a little more than expected. Waiting to rest them asap.

loved that the alpine shop had a discontinued model i wanted -- mizuno denim copper T24 @ 48 deg. -- but could find nowhere else. appreciated the easy-going yet enthusiastic tone of the sales rep on the phone. slightly bummed about a small visual defect once the item arrived.

Great Vuori shirt but color was not as pictured and was too big. Normally I wear a Large shirt but needed a Medium.

I liked that they had the discontinued ski that I was interested in buying as a gift for my daughter. I didn't like the fact that they required me to buy the bindings as well, and then tell me that I have to pay someone else to get them installed.

I appreciate contacting me regarding product out of stock then picking up shipping cost of remainder of order.

I am happy with the customer service and shipping speed. However, the backpack arrived terribly packed in a destroyed box and not protected inside the box

I've been searching for a great deal on an Orage Alaskan ski jacket. I was able to find it at Alpine Shop VT. It took a good bit of searching to locate it as Alpine Shop VT wasn't necessarily in the top pages of the search engine. In any case I now own one. One customer service note. I did phone the company, left a message, but to my knowledge, did not receive a return call. That was a bit disappointing. Very happy overall and of course a great price!
