I have been using Blue Ridge equipment for about 5 years now. Its been really good equipment and easy to install. Very few problems from the hundreds of systems that I have installed. Any problem has been resolved or replaced very quickly. Anytime I call TECH support I get to talk to an expert in English and the longest I have had to hold is 5 min before I am talking to someone. Which is huge when you are diagnosing something.

Everything was fine except for a shortcoming in the delivery information. I was told that delivery to my garage was not available because I have a stone driveway. I was told that the only delivery available would be liftgate delivery to the curb out front. Based on that conversation, I had to arrange for someone to be here during a five hour delivery window. I had to do that to get the furnace from the curb , back around to the rear of the house and into my garage. Delivery was finally made at the very end of the five hour window. Then the driver asks where I would like the furnace dropped. I told him I was informed.I had to take delivery at the street. He said he had an electric pallet "jack" and could walk the pallet to the back where I wanted it. I wasted the cost of having the guy available to move the furnace after delivery. I realize that there may be too many variables for you to keep track of exactly what kind of service the final delivery person may be able to provide.

I was initially attracted to Alpine because of their competitive pricing and selection. However, even better than that was the extensive time my service rep spent listening to my install needs and parameters and helping to find me the best system to meet those needs over several calls and follow ups. He went above and beyond to make this a great buying experience. Shipping and delivery were also great, everything arrived in perfect condition in just a few days!

A real person answers the phone, EVERY TIME! Very knowledgeable as to what units I needed to install in my new house construction. Super fast order/shipping. Packaging was great. Units are super high quality. Paint is superb. Everything was there. (No missing items) Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
