Been with them from 2018, have participated in an audit and visited the vaults and verified the stored gold and silver. Continue to to purchase and use their services regularly. Always great service.

I wish I could give a zero
I wish I could give a zero. Some of my friends sent their silver to be deposited into their UPMA account. They felt the deposit fee UPMA charged was reasonable. So I thought I would do it too. But when I did it, they took out almost twice as much percentage wise as they did from my friends a few months earlier. So I haven't sent any more in since... likely will never do business with them ever again if things can’t be made right. They made a huge change and didn't warn any of us. Not a good way to do business.
