Alpha Weebs satisfied my customer needs by sending a replacement shirt free of charge after I received the wrong size. They were very kind and willing to help me. Their products are amazing and I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future! I recommend Alpha Weebs for those looking for the best anime merch

The customer service for the most part was helpful and responded pretty quickly. I ordered 2 shirts which arrived pretty quickly however, I only received one shirt and in the wrong size. I contacted customer support, and they stated that the site runs smaller sizes hence them sending me a large instead of a medium (although there was nothing in their site about a different size chart). I asked about my second shirt and they responded with we can send you a free shirt for the inconvenience of the wrong size…I sent the receipt, and showed them that I paid for 2 shirts. They never acknowledged it.
