Alpha Paw IncReviews of alphapaw.com

This is my second time ordering personalized items from them. I got my mugs quickly and they were great. Looking forward to these ornaments now.

I am still awaiting the delivery of the product. When I receive it, I can submit an accurate review.

I ordered some items for myself and as a gift. I was very pleased how they turned out. They also arrived fast. If your looking for the special gift , I definitely would suggest checking Lulufam out.

I ordered 3 mugs for my daughters that had a picture of our two family dogs that recently passed away. The picture was supposed to have angel wings on the dogs. The mugs arrived with the picture without angel wings. I have contacted LuluFam several times to resolve the problem, so I may gift the mugs to my children. I have had zero responses and the customer service number does not work. I waited to write this review in hope of resolution but I have been disappointingly ignored. I would not use this company for a purchase knowing their poor customer service. I have never written a negative review in my life, but so disappointed that something that was suppose to be a special gift was not corrected.

I recently bought two ornaments with pets that have past away , a pillow for a birthday gift, and a wrapped canvas of my family for myself. Everything turned out great, I also received everything right away. I was very happy. I would definitely recommend Lulufam to everyone for that special gift for someone or even if its for yourself.

Very user friendly..lots of options to chose from..keep you informed every step of the process through emails, delivered very quickly and the finished product was amazing..I ordered a canvas print and I was extremely happy with the result.

Amazing, good price and user friendly :)

Easy to use website. Various choices were great without having to be really specific. Anxiously waiting for its arrival.
