I am once again so pleased to say that the recent canvas art I purchased exceeded my expectations. Attractive art and excellent customer service! This was purchased as a gift for friends whose good boy, Rapper the Greyhound, just passed away. We will all miss him but we can enjoy this image of a happier time with him at the beach♥️

My item arrived deformed. I emailed customer service and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures. They asked for pictures again. I sent the pictures again. They asked for pictures a third time. I asked for a refund and they asked for pictures. I offered to send the item back in return for my refund. They asked for pictures. I am so frustrated with the poor customer service that I no longer want this item, I want my money back but they are not cooperative.

I ordered this picture for my niece with her 1st grandchild. We are all so happy with it. Thank you!

I ordered my canvas on 7/7/2021 along with first-in-line order process, the item is supposed to arrive by 7/14. However, I haven't gotten my item nor any order status update from Lulufam. I have tried calling them, but the number on their website is literally unreachable. Tried emailing them, never got a response. Tried contacting them through Better Business Bureau, never got a response either. Lulufam has horrible communication and customer service.

I love the mug!! The art is beautiful!! My only wish is that you had 16 Oz mugs

The personalized canvas are beautiful and fun. Easy to navigate through the customizing. Arrived quickly and a great price.

Nice and great product high quality and in accordance with description. I want to buy again in the future.

The best this is my second perchance,
