Alpha Paw IncReviews of alphapaw.com

Products are very nice (the pet blankets) and the service is great. Definitely recommend.

Why is our beagle so happy? She is living the luxe life with soft and cozy blankets from Alpha Paw! Like many pups, Sadie can shed a lot. We have a new sectional that we didn’t want to have to constantly vacuum. Alpha Paw had the solution-and a site that is easy to navigate.

Their website is VERY misleading. First I ordered a picture of my dog; during checkout, it asked me if I wanted another picture for 60 dollars more of a modern family. I thought, yeah, I will get a picture of my daughter and her dog as a birthday gift for her because that would be a family photo. Come to find out, they will only use the photo you send them of your dog (one dog), so it is NOT really a family photo, so I had to pay another 20 dollars for a photo change. Then the pictures did not even look good. Then when they finally did finish them they sent me an email saying it was "shipped" come to find out it was never shipped. I asked for a refund and they ghosted me!

I received a custom blanket with my dog's image on it as a gift. I laugh every time I see it. I love love love it! I took a pic of my dog with the blanket....it is so amazingly realistic!

Wonderful product! It has helped in so many ways with our dogs hip issues. Incredible customer service as well. We are so grateful for the Alpha Paw Ramp! Thank you so much Apple & Adam!

I’ve ordered photo blankets from alpha paw prior to Christmas and was very satisfied with the work and their shipping charges to Hawai’i. In general, I love their products. However, when trying to take advantage of their recent post-Christmas/New Year sale, I was shocked at the extremely high shipping costs to Hawai’i. For 2 doggie blankets totaling a little over $80, the only choice given for a Hawai’i address was over $90! If you wish to have your order shipped to Hawai’i, you need to be aware of their current 2023 shipping charges. I have never seen anything close to shipping this type of item to our state. Like I said, I generally love their products - but not that much. I’m happy to search for other alternatives.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I purchased the Dog Car Seat….wrote company that the strap that holds dog in must have been faulty because it broke mid trip. Looking at it you can tell it had frayed, then tore completely. Sent photos and a request for assistance. Since it was over the “30 day return policy, I was told they would not help. It was 2 months old at this point, we have a 13 lb dog. In the end they offered me a $12.00 store credit which is unacceptable. Never have had this situation before, but I have now found out that MANY customers have dealt with poor customer support.

I am a repeat customer and I love their products!! The artwork always captures our dog perfectly and the phone cases are great quality. Will definitely be back again!
