We had ordered a patio set. Two of the chairs came with wrong parts. Customer service was very helpful on solving the issue. The send us two replacement chairs without any hassle. Very satisfied with this company and their support. Also the patio set is very good quality and looks amazing on our back patio

My new pop up canopy from Alpha Mart arrived without a couple parts. I contacted the customer service and they responded within 12 hours. Within 5 days day the replacenent parts arrived from China. I am very pleased on response and response time Will buy again

The kitchen Academy Cookware is not only beautiful, they’re sturdy and the nonstick works fabulously. Scrambled eggs slid out of the pan and the residue wiped right out with a rag. My 8” pan had slight damage. I wrote to Alpha Mart Holdings (Kitchen Academy distributor) with attached pictures and they immediately sent me a replacement. To preserve the interior, I bought felt at Walmart for 32¢ each and cut out circles the size of the inside of each pan. That way they will stack without scratching each other. This is an excellent company I highly recommend buying from them and the Kitchen Academy products.

We purchased a 5-piece patio set with sofa (through the parent Phi Villa site). It is a perfect size for our outdoor area, and the cushioned seats are quite comfortable, even for my 6'6" husband. Love the swivel chairs, too! We opted for the beige cushion covers, and they seem very well made and should hold up well outdoors. It is helpful to have two people to assemble the set, and the directions were not too detailed but we figured it out with no problem. Alphamarts has EXCELLENT customer service. The rattan on the sofa was damaged, and they sent a replacement out quickly and were very prompt with email communication. I highly recommend.

We had an issue with a table from a patio set and reached out to the company about our concern. We were provided with an email address so that we could send photos of our concerns. Within a day, we had a response, and a new table was shipped to us. The entire process from the time the issue was noticed until a new table arrived was less than a week. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! We had a couple of issues with a piece fitting and the company responded immediately and sent the replacement. The quality of my patio furniture is great and the instructions for assembly were crystal clear. I HIGHLY recommend this company and its outstanding customer service!
