Extremely Frustrated- Over a MONTH and still no order!!!
I placed an order with Alpha Defense Gear well over a month ago, and to this day I still have not received what I paid for. I’ve contacted the company twice already, and both times I was told my order would ship the following week. That “next week” promise has now come and gone more than once, and nothing has been delivered. It feels like I’m just being strung along instead of receiving real answers or solutions. This is unacceptable customer service and highly unprofessional. At this point, something needs to be done immediately — either my order should be fulfilled without any more excuses or I should receive a full refund. I would strongly caution anyone to EVER consider ordering from Alpha Defense Gear and to think twice, because based on my experience they do not deliver on their commitments!!
