ELEMENTS BACKPACK PRO - Black X-Pac VX42 I was looking for a backpack that I could use for both office work and short trips. As a software engineer, I usually carry a lot of tech with me—laptop, keyboard, mouse, cables, headphones, etc.—and this backpack fits everything perfectly. The layout of the pockets in the front compartment is amazing, and the two side water bottle/umbrella pockets are such a nice touch. The fact that the magnetic sternum strap can be easily removed is a great feature. The only downside for me personally is that I would have preferred the luggage passthrough to be horizontal so the backpack would stay upright when attached to a carry-on suitcase. Other than that, 5/5. I've been using it for a month now and there are no signs of wear and tear. I highly, highly, highly recommend it! P.S. Just ordered the GO SLING MINI V2!

Commander pour essayer leurs produits, et franchement je suis bien impressionner que ce soit par la qualité ou même par le service. C'est sûr qu'il ne faut pas s'attendre à une livraison ultra rapide etc.. Mais est largement nécessaire.

I am very happy to recommend ALPAKA. I ordered a Alpaka Metro backpack and inadvertanly made an error in my email adress. ALPAKA were understanding with excellent communication and the Metro arrive 10 days after payment. I found the Metro is a very good backpack and up to expectation and certainly recommend it for day trips. Well done ALPAKA.

Absolutely no worries with this company at all. My product was VERY premium, very well built and great value for money. I needed to contact customer support due to me putting the wrong email address in, they were very quick to respond and very helpful. I’d also highly recommend paying the few extra pounds for shipping insurance. I purchased my item on a Thursday, and it was in my hands the following Thursday. Already had compliments on my bag. Zero complaints.

The parcel was here on time, even a few days before I expected. It's smaller that I thought and my phone doesn't feet easily, but it's ok

Great bag and amazing service. Came in less than a week even with the Christmas post in the uk being slow and no hidden fees like other reviews. Will definitely be buying more.

I ordered two items and I'm thoroughly impressed. Both are minimalistic, precisely what I was looking for. The delivery takes a bit longer, probably because they're shipped from the US (I'm based in the UK), but this was transparent during checkout, and the tracking service is excellent. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend.

Quality product but does take a bit of time to arrive as I guess it's coming from the US (UK based here!). The tracking service is very clear so you can keep an eye on things. I got the metro sling and couldn't be happier with it. I've been looking for one similar to this for a good while and this was the first one that ticked all the boxes while still looking good with everything.
