Been using aloware on and off for a few years now and I have to say, it's the best in class for an all-in-one dialler. We're currently getting a 25% pickup rate on completely cold leads. Super impressed. Maya, my CSM has been nothing but helpful throughout my entire onboarding and time using the software. Can't thank her enough! She's been amazing. Ignore the other reviews, just use the software for what it's intended for and you'll get on just fine.

i really have no idea how they are still in business, worse software i have ever used, support is non existed , i ve been talking to them for 1 Year to fix some features and still nothing , its impossible to be that bad , i just hope my company hears me and stop working with them

Waste of time. Company tries to make you commit by paying an initial $45 fee to submit an application to be approved for calls and do the trial. We requested an online demo instead to which they didn't even show up after sending multiple reminders. Fake company, don't use.

This fake company is a scam. They pretend to sell electrical products but actually ship nothing after you purchase product. It's not possible to locate a legitimate physical address, and all emails AFTER purchase are ignored. Thank God for PayPal. Full refund.

I signed up because the price was great but that was a mistake. The program is extremely difficult to use. Everything you do is a challenge. Just to load a list you have to go through about 7 steps on two different pages. It's very confusing. I tried it and spent hours each week with customer service. I really tried to make this work but it just wasn't worth it. This is still in their trial version and are making adjustments without giving notice. They have very good customer service but if you do sign up with them, prepare yourself for a lot of frustration

This company is a joke on all levels, Don't even waste your time, I called this company 3 times A) No one ever answers the phone B) Each time I called I left a detailed message explaining what I was interested in C) Never once did I receive a call back, I only received the same automated text message each time in response When I sent a reply text message, asking someone to contact me back for the 4th time, 8 hours later I received a text message back "I have been out of the office all day, but he will give me a call tomorrow bright and early" Imagine a customer wanting to do business with a company, the customer is saying "Here I want to pay your company" and the customer doesn't even get a call back. If you're thinking about doing business with this company, just forget it, Go do business with their competition. Aloware is a joke.

It's a scam, their system doesn't work properly and they make you pay $100 talk time. Then when we cancelled 3 weeks later, told it's not refundable along with the month subscription we paid without being able to use the system - avoid!

This app is still in beta mode and the company doesn't say that while selling to clients. I'm paying more them hundreds of dollars every month and the tool randomly sends messages to my leads without permission. Support responds after 8-12 hours at times and still aren't able to resolve issues. The only good thing was their Sequences feature but if I pause a sequence and it will still continue sending messages without my permissions, I wouldn't want to use such a tool.
