terrible experience. They failed to deliver a working product and refused to refund my money after they agreed to do so. Support was terrible too.

Would be great if Aloware actually delivered as promised. Told me their service would be ready before the weekend on March 20th, and simply didn't deliver after I signed on with them. No commitment to on-time delivery, no refunds even if they're product is non-functional, and it appears as though their back-end support team is purely designed to fight, not fix. Adding insult to injury, they had some offshore virtual assistant call me solely to waste my time arguing about - why didn't you pick up this spam call from an unknown number - and to simply argue with me further with genuinely no productive goal in mind; What superb unwarranted customer service. UPDATE: Aloware has made fraudulent claims about my communications with their staff, which is ironic, given I've been cordial and respectful despite the ~$800 USD they've desperately attempted to keep, arguably without right: "Additionally, we expect all communications with our staff to remain professional. We do not tolerate discriminatory remarks toward our team members, including comments regarding an employee's accent or nationality." ...Aloware appears to be deluded on their high horse, the only party making remarks about accents or nationality is themselves. I would argue that "Terrible" only begins to describe this company, they deserve a spot in the history books. As of May 26, months after non-delivery, I'm still actively waiting to receive a refund.

Terrible experience, stay well away from this company. Once they've taken your money, they forget all about you! Their Hubspot integration is terrible. Rigoberto and Cesar were extremely unhelpful, it's been over a month of back and forth. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

be carefuel double check and tripple check. 1) zero professional team (if they have team) 2) request full access account trial period (now they just providing HTML page view no one function not working) 3) requesting business verification before they start talk what product they selling (just said ai can call and talk without u) check it 4) be carefuel dont share your persontal business info early stage of partnership typical next level scammers (but am not sure)

i really have no idea how they are still in business, worse software i have ever used, support is non existed , i ve been talking to them for 1 Year to fix some features and still nothing , its impossible to be that bad , i just hope my company hears me and stop working with them

Waste of time. Company tries to make you commit by paying an initial $45 fee to submit an application to be approved for calls and do the trial. We requested an online demo instead to which they didn't even show up after sending multiple reminders. Fake company, don't use.

This fake company is a scam. They pretend to sell electrical products but actually ship nothing after you purchase product. It's not possible to locate a legitimate physical address, and all emails AFTER purchase are ignored. Thank God for PayPal. Full refund.

This company is a joke on all levels, Don't even waste your time, I called this company 3 times A) No one ever answers the phone B) Each time I called I left a detailed message explaining what I was interested in C) Never once did I receive a call back, I only received the same automated text message each time in response When I sent a reply text message, asking someone to contact me back for the 4th time, 8 hours later I received a text message back "I have been out of the office all day, but he will give me a call tomorrow bright and early" Imagine a customer wanting to do business with a company, the customer is saying "Here I want to pay your company" and the customer doesn't even get a call back. If you're thinking about doing business with this company, just forget it, Go do business with their competition. Aloware is a joke.
