They have a great team, understanding and available!

My experience with Alohause has been excellent from start to finish. Their team was extremely responsive, transparent, and easy to coordinate with, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. They quickly understood what I was looking for and helped me secure a great apartment in the East Village that perfectly fit my needs; the apartment is well-kept, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the places I wanted to be. The move-in process was seamless, all of my questions were answered promptly, and I always felt supported and informed throughout the entire search. I would recommend Alohause to anyone looking for reliable housing help.

Very responsive and helpful. Always reverts same day.

I’ve been with Alohause for 10 months now and I’m very happy. They always respond quickly to my concerns. I would 100% recommend them!

I was looking for an apartment in NYC for two months and found one very easily with Alohause. To be honest, there was a moment when I thought it might be a scam because, after transferring the money, I did not hear back from them for a long time. I wanted my check-in information, but despite several emails and calls, I did not receive it. It was unsettling. However, I eventually received the information and they put me in touch with the person who was going to check me in. She also took some time to respond, but she did eventually. When I arrived, the key to my apartment was in a key safe outside the building, and I was able to check in without any problems. The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures (I was in Room 1002 in the apartment on the Upper East Side). The apartment was in good condition, and I had nice roommates. The bed was very comfortable and I had four big pillows, which helped me sleep very well. You could tell that they had put some effort in. Thanks to Alohause I had a wonderful time in NY. I also got my deposit back. It took about two months, but I got it back. So, all in all...There is room for improvement in terms of response time, but I would definitely use their service again.

We had great experience here!!!

I had a great experience at Alohause, initially I was planning to book it only for a month while I got to know the city and search for other apartments however I really loved my room and felt super comfortable with my flatmates so I decided to stay for all of my internship. I would definitely stay there again if I’m back in NYC.
