Excellent Leasing Dept We have lived in one of K&R's buildings for over 5 years and they have been amazing every step of the way. The building and facilities are staffed with the best employees that make our buildings feel like family. The leasing department is also extremely fair and works hard to keep their tenants happy. Very grateful to have found K&R in NYC, they are a rare find.
