The website is attractive, and once I asked to speak to a representative via the chat function, I received a phone call, and the assistance provided was what I needed to make a decision. Delivery was fine and timely. And the tiles are lovely!

The Customer service was above and beyond anything I have dealt with in years! I dealt with one person and they were there through everystep to answer any questions, help with decisions and even came to the rescue when I had an issue with the delivery company (which is a seperate entity) it was resolved within an hour. I would highly recommend Aloft tiles!! A+++ (ps- the tile is high quality and beautiful) Very satisfied customer

Customer service was remarkable. They found a tile I have been looking for to match a purchase from 2 years ago from another vendor! Super helpful and resourceful. Called me with updates. Sent me multiple sample tiles. 5 stars.
