I ordered a sample that somehow got AutoCorrect to the wrong ZIP Code, so it was returned. I emailed them. They were super quick to respond and they re-shipped it to the correct address immediately. So much help thank you.

Although we did not purchase tile from Aloft Tiles, we appreciate the follow-up phone call and email after receiving our sample tiles. Unfortunately, the colors did not work for our bathroom project. It's sometimes hard to tell with computer monitors what the color is until you see it in person. We're grateful you offer a quick and affordable "sample" program. Thank you!

Tile quality is great. Very diligent packaging so nothing broke.

The tiles arrived undamaged and beautiful. It's difficult to find Pink Penny Rounds with a soft color. Thanks

Tile looks great.. we used 31 X 31 inch porcelain pieces.. Their coordinator Julia is the best I have ever communicated with and followed through on all issues including shipping.. The tile was strapped at an angle on the pallet by SAIA very unusual but no tile was broken.. delivered safely.. I definitely recommend Aloft Tile.

Thank you so much for recommending Aloft Tiles! We’re thrilled that your 31 x 31-inch porcelain tile arrived safely and looks great in your space. Large-format porcelain tile requires careful handling, so we’re especially glad the shipment arrived without any broken pieces. Julia truly appreciates your kind words and was happy to assist with the order, shipping, and any concerns along the way. Thank you again for choosing Aloft Tiles—we hope you enjoy your beautiful new tile for many years!
