For years I dreamed of feeling beautiful and confident in clothes that reflected who I truly was. After rebuilding my life, I’m finally living that dream—and I’d love to inspire other women to believe they deserve that feeling too. Once I had come across an add for the most stunning dress I had made a comment on how gorgeous it was on this amazing and beautiful content creator and instantly though I could use my brand and work along side with Almond Muse and inspire others to finally wear the dress or the clothes they have always dreamt of. Reaching out to the brand team about working with them for content was easy, the support team was encouraging and was able to navigate the application to become a brand ambassador.

Mi experiencia con esta empresa está siendo absolutamente decepcionante.
Realicé una devolución desde Europa utilizando una empresa de transporte. Cuando el paquete llegó al país de destino, quedó retenido en aduanas. Mi empresa de envíos me confirmó que, una vez el paquete llega al país de destino, es el destinatario quien debe gestionar el despacho de aduanas, ya que el envío deja de estar bajo el control del transportista de origen y pasa a ser gestionado por la empresa de transporte del país de destino.
Sin embargo, la empresa se niega a realizar cualquier gestión y simplemente me responde que debo encargarme yo, algo que mi transportista asegura que no es posible. El resultado es que el paquete permanece bloqueado sin que nadie haga nada para resolver la situación.
Lo más frustrante ha sido la atención al cliente. He tenido que perseguir constantemente una respuesta, ya que solo contestan cuando vuelvo a escribirles. Los tiempos de respuesta son muy lentos y, cuando finalmente responden, se limitan a repetir el mismo mensaje sin ofrecer ninguna solución real.
Tampoco han sido capaces de explicar qué procedimiento siguen en estos casos, algo difícil de entender tratándose de una empresa que recibe devoluciones internacionales de forma habitual. Ni siquiera han valorado gestionar el rechazo del paquete en aduanas para que pueda ser devuelto al remitente.
En definitiva, el servicio posventa ha sido muy deficiente. Si surge cualquier incidencia con una devolución internacional, da la sensación de que el cliente queda completamente desamparado y debe resolver por sí solo un problema para el que la empresa no ofrece ninguna ayuda.
No recomendaría comprar aquí si existe la posibilidad de tener que realizar una devolución internacional.
