I found the website to be helpful and easy to Navigate through it. I was able to find what I was looking for, put it in my shopping cart and was able to maneuver through the cash app process with ease. You didn’t get a five star because I did have to pay more for my product than I originally thought it was worth.

Never got what I ordered

Unfortunately, the item your ordered is on manufacturer back order. You were notified of this via email and were issued a full refund for your order. In this "new normal", many products are going in and out of back order due manufacturing issues.

Would absolutely purchase from this seller again. They followed-up seeking my input prior to filling two orders of the same product I placed on the same day. Yes, I did want both orders filled! However, it could have been that I made a mistake and accidentally placed duplicate orders so they wanted to make sure I'd be happy with what was sent and charged to my card. I like thinking like that--clearly shows they want to make the customer happy! Prices and product selection were excellent and shipping was rapid and on time. Customer service rocks!!

Customer service is excellent!

We ordered a supplement for our cat. Unfortunately the cat had to be out to sleep before it shipped/arrived. I reached out to the company to ask if it could not be sent. They responded promptly, offered condolences, and canceled the order so it wouldn't ship. Their customer service is great.
