As of right now I’m not impressed and I placed my order over a week ago and still it has not shipped and I’ve gotten no response when I asked why it has not shipped

Your order just shipped today, 8/9. The items you ordered ship directly from the manufacturer and they were a week behind on order shipping. We do apologize for the delay.

I returned my order July 24th for the equine dental speculum. I haven’t received my money back. I’ve sent multiple emails on the matter and no one has responded. I’m sure there is a process. But I don’t understand why you can’t tell when I will get my $395 back. That’s a lot of money.

My little dog had an infection in her eye. I ordered the boric acid to wash it out. She is fine now.
