Quick with my order and when I asked a question I got immediate feedback. I ordered Equi-tape. Order was done quickly and I got the tape within 7-10 days which from across the country at this time of year with all the storms is fantastic! Thank you!

Your order was shipped on time by the carrier you chose, USPS.. The order seems to have been lost in transit. We did speak with you several times while we tried to locate the order. We were never able to locate the order since it was lost by the Post Office. We then issued you a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot control what the carriers do with the orders once they ship, we can only try and remedy any issues that arise.

I placed the order on 2/9/2023 and it was not received until 2/22/23. With the shipping cost at $21 and the fact that this was supposed to be shipped priority, I was expecting the items much sooner. I expected the order at least by 2/14/23 realizing that the weekend would possibly delay order fulfiment and delivery. When I checked the status, the post office was still waiting to receive the items on 2/14/23. I was in a position with horses who needed supplements and though I had already purchased them through All Vet Supply, I needed to go find them somewhere locally so my horses didn't miss days and so that I didn't have to start the "loading dose" process again. I'm unhappy because with the cost of "priority shipping" it shouldn't have taken so long to receive the things I ordered. I am extremely disappointed. I would recommend looking elsewhere for supplements.

I placed my order and it arrived, as ordered, in a reasonable amount of time. All Vet had exactly what I needed, and the cost was comparable to other online vendors.
