I ordered Ichon for my horse. When order was complete, it said it would take a week to get to me (mind you, it was Fourth of July Weekend). I e-mailed All Vet Supply to see when it would be shipped. Jose responded within an hour and said he could send them ASAP. They ended up arriving 2 days earlier than scheduled. THANK YOU ALLVET from both me and my horse. We appreciate the easy process and great customer service. I will definitely be coming back to you for my future Ichon orders.

All Vet Supply (AVS) had the best selection and pricing for the majority of the meds and supplements we were shopping for. Then as an added plus, their oder processing and shipping programs matched their selection & pricing!! Delivery was a breeze, and never late. Haven't had to make even 1 call to Cust. Service (knock wood!) for any reason, but am confident whatever we needed taken care of would be handled superbly!

The products were priced right. Delivery was prompt. But the back order policy was not what I ever experienced. Back orders are normally shipped without having to "re-order" that product.
