I ordered a medication during last winter's Polar Vortex, and the shipment was caught in an ice storm between Florida and Chicago and extensively delayed by the Postal Service. Upon receipt, I read that the medication should not be frozen, so not only could I not use it, I couldn't get a replacement without incurring some sort of very expensive 1-Day Shipping cost. I corresponded with them then about it & they were completely willing to exchange the product, but the shipping cost was prohibitive for me & I found a local supplier. I contacted them again recently, and they not only remembered me, they took care of me as best as they could possibly be expected, given the length of time that had passed, In addition, they had the lowest price on the Net for the item anyway! I will definitely order from them again, but will try to beat the first blizzard of this coming winter!
