The product ordered was for a sick kitty, and I needed it for her continued good health. Well it got here even quicker than they said it would, and that is my reason for saying this company is just great, and the prices are the best.

We were surprised by your review since you have ordered many times from us before and have never had an issue. You are correct that we did take 3 days longer, than the allotted time, to ship your due to a product back order. However, you were notified of this via phone the day after the order was placed. We shipped the order out on Oct. 21 and it is out for delivery today, Oct. 26. Unfortunately the USPS took an extra day to deliver the product. While we always strive to give the best service possible, sometimes circumstances beyond our control prohibit us from doing so.
