Small order, first time.

I've been ordering azodyl from these guys, which needs to be sent second day air since it has to be kept cold. They pack it nicely and they called me the first time I order it because I'd ordered it on a Thursday and it would have to wait to be sent Monday. That was very nice of them to call me.

I was promised the shipment by priority mail within three days of ordering. I placed the order on Black Friday. It is now Sunday, December 4th and I have yet to receive the product. I ordered the product for a young horse who just had surgery and is stall bound. Pretty crucial that I get it ASAP. I'm not sure it is All Vet Supply's fault, it could be the Post Office, but this is ridiculous.

Shipped quickly, product arrived in perfect condition. Defenitely recommend!

I ordered a skin stapler online. The next day they called me to confirm, because my address didn't match my card. I confirmed and they immediately sent it. I got it 3 days later in non priority mail from Florida to Oregon. First time using this company. Won't be the last.
