I placed this order for my boss Louise. I messed the order up, but good. However when I called and spoke with customer service the gal was most helpful and straightened everything out for me. The order also arrived faster than anticipated, which was marvelous. Would definitely recommend this company.

I will continue to purchase, trust and appreciate AllVet. I was looking for a product that no one else had in stock and it appeared there might be a formula change. Salesperson went into the warehouse to read me the ingredient label and make sure I was buying the original formula. Lowest prices and fast service.

My order was two day shipping because it needed to stay cold when I got it the ice packs were completely melted and the product was hot. My dogs vet recommended he not take it. I reached out to all vet supply and got NO REAPONSE. I wasted $70 and had to buy it from a vet nearby. If you’re going to sell you need customer arrive to back your product

We are sorry to hear you had an issue with your order. We shipped your order via 2nday with insulation and ice packs as advertised. The ice packs are not supposed to arrive frozen. They are only used to keep the products cool in transport. The product itself can be be kept at room temperature for several days without it becoming damaged. As for not responding, we always try to answer customer emails ans phone calls. After looking through our received emails, we do not show any emails coming from your registered email. If you called and were not able to speak to someone please call us again at 877-425-5838 and one of our customer service reps can help you with a return. You can also email us at [email protected].

I received my order very quickly. I really like this shampoo, (oatmeal & aloe) for my two Australian Shepherds. I have used it for years. It was recommended by my vet who also uses it for her dogs. Thanks for a great product.
