Best price and delivered when promised
My dog has dry eye syndrome and All Vet Supply had the artifical tears in the gel form that my Vet recommended at half the price then other companies. I am happy with the choices on their website of various products for our pets & their sale prices are very good. Delivered quickly and well packaged.

Haven't received my order yet. I'm wondering where it is. Yet I can't track it.

Your order shipped out on time and was apparently delivered in your mailbox on September 8, 2018 at 10:53 am. This information is available at USPS.com and your tracking number is 9405511899223110928496. You were also sent an automated email when the product shipped. It is possible that the email went to a Spam folder. If you did not receive the product please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. The post office may have delivered the product to the wrong address. In the future, you should contact us if you do not receive your order or have questions on the delivery time frame before leaving a bad review. Bad reviews hurt our business and should only be left when a company truly deserves it. In this case, we processed and shipped your order on time and tracking shows delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot control what the freight carriers do once they take possession of a package. If the package is determined to be lost, we can either re-ship the product or refund the purchase price.Communication between buyer and seller is always the best solution.

I always do not give a 5 star the first time....
I always do not give a 5 star the first time I use a new company. But, none the less, I did have a good shopping experience. I will consider strongly to use this company for the next time I need supplies for my dog. Product arrived in a timely fashion and my dog accepts the medication willingly. Also, the product was in stock and not back ordered nor 'not available' aspect. Also, pricing was comparable with other outlets, if not, lower in price.
