Thank you for taking the time to review us. There may be some misunderstanding in the rating system because the star rating you gave us does not seem to match your comments. A 2 star rating is for service that is below average. If this is an error, we kindly request that you please change it to something more appropriate. However, if meant to only give 2 stars, then leave as is and let us know what happened. We take pride in our service and if something goes wrong we always want to make it right.

The reason your order has not been processed is because you are using an international credit that cannot be verified electronically. We sent you 2 emails(9/10/19 and 9/13/19), requesting information that would help us verify your identity. We never received a response. We also, checked all of our email folders and we have not received any email from you requesting status. Your order is scheduled to be cancelled within 3 days as that is our policy for orders that we cannot verify. Please call us at 877-425-5838 so we can get the information needed to process your order.

From your review, we cannot tell if the packaging or what's inside was damaged. This order was shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. If any of the components are damaged, please contact us so we can have the manufacturer replace the damaged part and file a claim with the shipping company.
