I buy Azodyl probiotics for my 5 year old dog. I believe Azodyl along with "Balance IT" diet and subcutaneous fluids has prolonged her life. My dog suffers from kidney disease. She was given 6 months to live, but I have her still 2 years later due to strick diet.

Your order shipped out on time but apparently there was an issue with it somewhere along the way in one of UPS's hubs. The tracking states that there was a drop off which is strange as we dont Drop off packages, we have assigned daily pick ups. Obviously an error has occurred somewhere in the shipping chain. The good news is that it appears to be in your state already and should be delivered today or tomorrow. We do apologize for the delay but unfortunately, we cannot control the shipping carriers.
