I ordered a special veterinarian suggested oatmeal and aloe dog shampoo for my dobe based on flaking dandruff. Hopefully it will knock it out, too soon to tell. I chose all vet supply based on searching many online companies. I chose all vet based on good reviews and their pricing. The product shipped as promised and I was very impressed with the careful packaging they used! I will definitely use this company again...

I'm an out of state customer on vacation and I placed an order online and charged my credit card and accidentally forgot to to enter my billing address. The billing department from Allvet called and suggested that since I didn't have access to supply her with my ID, I can used my Pay Pal account. She cancelled my original order and I placed a new order online and got my merchandise within 2 days. If I need to order again, I will order from Allvet...... Excellent Customer Service!!!!!

Response from All Vet SupplyFeb 18, 2020
Your order is scheduled to ship out today 2/18. Your order was delayed because you were using an international credit card for payment. These types of payments require extra verification. We sent you an email on 2/10 and we did not receive a response for several days. Once we received the required information, we processed your order. We do apologize for the delay but you should receive your order within a day or so.
