Poor communication I wouldn't have ordered from them if I knew they had to order the item in before it shipped to me. It took them a couple weeks to ship out. Then when I called they said they would call me back and let me know if it was going to ship in time. They didn't. Then when the website was never updated with shipping info I ask for a refund. The item arrived the next day so fine but I got a snippy email back. Defiantly wont be back.
