A ring I had purchased from Allurez was being sent back for repair and UPS lost it, at least for a while. Complete frustration with UPS but Allurez took over. Then one day, my ring (or possibly a new one, I’m not sure) appeared. Allurez took care of me, the customer. Thank you Allurez!

I ordered a very expensive diamond, and of course, the biggest worry is always will I be scammed? Good news is, they provide a GIA report with your ring, and you can look it up on the GIA website yourself. Other than that, everything was good. I have some minor quibbles, but that doesn't really detract from the fact that the place is legit and you should feel safe ordering diamonds from them.
