First... I'll start with the "not so good"... I ordered a very specific custom made engagement ring. I was told 5-14 business days to make the ring then overnight delivery. It ended up being 16 business days and left me scrambling to propose before i left the country. Now, The GREAT! The customer service was exceptional. Quick responses to emails and phone calls. Then, when the ring was finally finished on a Friday, the Company paid for Saturday delivery to make sure I had it in had before I left the country. Also Great is the Quality! The ring looked fantastic. It was definitely well made and at a price that was SUPER competitive. I've Fallen in love with this company. I'll just make sure to give them a few extra days when I order our wedding bands!

I always wait until the last minute to get gifts for Christmas. I ordered a pair of diamond pave earrings and had them within a couple days. They were perfect. The diamonds were much bigger than what I could find at other jewelers. The other jewelers had pave earrings with a lot of little baby diamonds which are not as valuable as the larger diamonds even if the karat weight was similar. I was so glad I went with the earrings from Allurez. The bigger diamonds really sparkle and she loves them
