From beginning to end, customer service answered my questions, assisted in expedited manufacture and delivery, and followed up with explanations on warranty and appraisals. The quality and price point were excellent. I had left the project too late, but even this customized item was prepared skillfully and delivered on time - Allurez went above and beyond to make sure we had a beautiful gift for my Mom. It was refreshing to be able to speak to a live person to sort out all the details - there was no waiting on hold, and they would followup personally by phone as well. It gave me confidence in the company and the product and I will definitely use them again.

I purchased a beautiful bridal set which is even better in person really worth the wait. It came in with a diamond chip missing but was taken care of by Allurez. Highly recommend.
