In 2010, Allurez was founded by Raphi to make the jewelry shopping experience special once again. Upon researching the industry, he discovered that most jewelry sold in stores was made overseas with inferior quality to jewelry made in the USA, and was sold at extremely high prices. What Raphi did next was launch Allurez for the jewelry customer to go directly to the source, and hired the best designers and jeweler's in the industry. By doing this, Allurez revolutionized the jewelry shopping experience with exceptional quality at affordable prices. Customized for you and filled with true and sentimental value.Since then Allurez has grown to a household name and is now one of the fastest growing jewelry brands in the US. Allurez is featured in the press at Brides, the Knot, Cosmopolitan and many more.THE COMPANY NAME WAS DERIVED FROM THE WORD ALLURE.The Z was added to be a metaphor for the beginning of the alphabet to the end, jewelry is meant to be eternal and last a lifetime. It symbolized the love from the start and is to remind you each and every day.

would go lower than 1 star if I could.
this company has the worst customer service in the world. Ordered a engagement ring 2 years back, the same stone has fell out it twice now, to which im told it is nothing to do with the craftsmanship... this time the ring was sent back for a free repair on march 14th... it is now the 9th of september and I still havent had the ring back.
I am on the phone multiple times per week to which they wont answer me as if they know its my number. I write emails to be told "we have asked for an update on your order". Paid well into the thousands for this ring and the company are holding it to ransom as they f**ked it up whilst making it.
Would highly recommend that you shop elsewhere as I am not the only person to have an experience like this, my hands are tied though since allurez made the ring badly, local jewellers will not touch it so I need to post it to allurez each time to get fixed.
Save your money, shop somewhere else.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I purchased a ring from Allurez on November 30th as a replacement ring for my current wedding ring - I wanted to switch from yellow gold to white gold. I order the ring without a center stone, as I planned to have my existing 1.18 ct solitaire set into the new ring.
I received the ring and took it to my jeweler, who confirmed the prongs were the correct size for the stone and set the stone into the ring. That occurred in mid-December.
This past weekend, I realized that the diamond was missing ... not just that it had fallen out of the prongs, which would have been the jeweler's fault, but that the entire head had separated from the ring (no prongs left at all). I have been trying to contact Allurez to get a refund for the ring (as my jeweler won't approve the ring to be used as part of my insurance claim due to the poor quality of the ring). I'm not trying to get them to cover the lost of the diamond, which is several thousand dollars ... I just want to return the ring and get my money back, so that I can get a replacement that is approved by my insurance.
After waiting for days for a response, I received one today that is putting the blame on my jeweler and not taking responsibility for the fact that the company is the one that built the ring and attached the head/prongs. They are refusing any refund at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALLUREZ!!
Do yourself a favor and go look at all the BBB complaints. Mines on there as well. Maybe you'll get lucky and not have issues. Want to take a chance with something so valuable?
Aside from the fact that they said they'd send a message before they shipped the ring, which they didn't and resulted in us going back and forth with UPS redelivery, the ring lost a stone after 2 days of her wearing it. The prong that was supposed to hold the emerald wasn't even closed all the way. After sending the ring back for repair, we called multiple times and messages were ignored. It took over 2 weeks for a "repair" to be done and I only received the ring back after filling a complaint with the BBB. Shotty work and horrible customer service..
UPDATE: After receiving the ring back after a long wait ANOTHER emerald fell out of the setting. We took the ring to a few local and national chain jewelers who all told us the same thing: Allurez's jewler sold us crap! They didn't put enough prongs in the setting to protect the emeralds so we were bound to lose the stones. The band is so thin at the base it looks like the jeweler took a used ring to make the piece. It should never be as thin as it is or only after it's worn for 40 years. Well, after contacting Allurez again...this time they wanted to charge us for the stone and will not refund the piece because it is engraved....which you cant even see because the band is so thin. Im currently looking at going legal but will probably get nowhere with this shiest company. STAY AWAY!

Ps... to anyone at Allurez who might read this, my fiance who has no engagement ring now is a medically retired veteran who did tours in Iraq. So not only did you screw up our special occasion but your actions are causing mental anguish to a veteran with PTSD. Go f*** yourselves!

Absolute Nightmare!!!
Zero Stars-My Allurez experience began Jun 6th w/ the purchase of an engagement ring (setting only) and continues this day. BBB is currently managing complaint #17487119. Let me be clear... I realized miscommunications were occurring between customer service and me. I waited what I though a reasonable time for communication and shipping confirmation (2 weeks) before requesting refund and was told my custom order was non-refundable. However, the return policy covers this in two separate bullets and Allurez believes one bullet stating "Design your Own" ring can be exchanged for equal or greater value products clearly captures the essence of the next bullet stating "Custom Orders" are non-refundable. I was appalled at such word play for a $1700+ item. After a week of back and forth communications, it was clear Allurez, regardless of what early stage this ring was in design, was never willingly going to return my money which was pulled from my account on June 8th.
What I ordered: An 18kt white gold three stone setting with blue sapphires on either side of a primary empty prong setting sized for a future 1ct very good or better proportion diamond. a total of ten channel set (five diamonds on either side of the ring). This was meant to be a very symbolic piece. My fiancée and I have been married before and we have five children together and I have already gifted her a necklace of five stones; two families joined by one union.
What I received about 30 days after order: A very damaged, worn looking and incomplete 14kt white gold ring with gouges on a smaller and clearly different band than was pictured; damaged blue sapphires that has one prong completely missing; spalling in the ring and setting casting; a primary stone prong setting not soldered in place and a thin foil layer appearance noting inferior white gold process. I wish I could post pics as they speak for themselves. I feel Allurez got vindictive w/ me and falsely claimed to BBB issue has been resolved. Check SiteJabber for pics.
Oct 2022 Update: Still living this nightmare! Already replaced the ring from a very reputable local jeweler who has provided me what I expected from Allurez. Did I say I also filed a complaint with FTC? Well I did and I hope they see a trend of such reports and they go after this front for internet crime. Currently working with The Jewelers Vigilance Committee and hoping the can facilitate a refund. If this doesn't work, it looks like I'm taking them to court.
Apr 2023 Update: Looks like JVC was able to facilitate an agreement whereas Allurez owner is willing to move forward. I have incurred expenses to protect my own interests but appears I may retrieve most of my money. Lesson learned. I will offer this on my experience with major jewelry purchases online...this effort was a complete failure but my previous purchase through Brilliant Earth and Shane Co. were amazing! Also, a shoutout to Mervis Diamonds of Tysons for saving my engagement ring needs with a spectacular ring exceeding all expectations!

worst company I have ever dealt with
The following review is based upon my personal experience in dealing with this company. All comments in the review are substantiated by documented written dated and time stamped emails and documented phone conversations. I will preface this by stating that this is the first time I have ever bought a jewelry item over the Internet without actually seeing the item 1st and because of the negative experience I have had with this company I will never purchase another jewelry item over the Internet. In the middle of December I ordered a garnet and diamond halo ring for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. The description of the ring stated that the garnet was eye clean/clear and that the diamonds were real and were SI1 SI2 quality. When the ring arrived the Garnet had a significantly visible crack/flaw/inclusion that extended the entire length of the garnet. After returning the ring to them in order for the garnet to be replaced, it took several weeks before I received the ring back. The purchase price for the ring also included an appraisal so that I would be able to accurately Insure the ring with my insurance company. Suffice it to say that every individual/consultant that I spoke with gave excuses as to why the ring was taking so long to just change the Garnet, none of which made sense. In addition none of the people I spoke with on the phone even knew what the other people/consultants told me. I have yet to receive the appraisal which was part of my contractual agreement with the ring. This has been the worst experience I have ever had on purchasing an item. Based upon my documented emails and documented phone conversations, in my opinion, this company right from the start has 1- false advertising, 2- continually lied to me with contradictory emails and phone conversations, 3- disseminated false information to me on multiple occasions, 4- given me false information that has contributed to the transaction not yet being completed, 5- been deceitful with what I was told, 6- A significant lack of communication between departments as well as individuals in the same department, 7- spoken to me without having any knowledge of the conversations that I previously had, 8- while speaking to me gave every excuse imaginable to postpone the completion of this transaction, 9- spoken to me on the phone on several occasions where you can hear other individuals laughing in the background. Every comment I have made above is based upon my personal experience with this company and for which I have documented emails and phone conversations that verify each of my concerns. Nothing they can say could defend the complete unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge, constant excuse giving, passing the buck to other individuals in the same department and what they claim to be in other departments. In addition, on multiple occasions, when I have asked to be connected to a supervisor there was never a supervisor available nor did a supervisor return my phone calls. This negative experience that I have personally encountered makes me wonder if this company is in fact a legitimate company, whether the Garnet is real, and whether the diamonds are real. I would never recommend this company to anybody. My experience with them has been horrific and I wouldn’t want anybody else to be subjected to the unprofessional, deceitful, misinformation, unknowledgeable, and lack of concern for the customer dealing with this questionable company. As I stated above, all of my above comments are based upon my personal experience and which I can document through dated and time stamped emails as well as documented phone conversations. Dealing with every individual in this company has been a nightmare. They yes you to death yet they do nothing to correct the problem. As I am residing in an assisted living facility at this time, I am attempting to make arrangements for a family member to bring the ring to a legitimate jeweler for an appraisal, and verification that the diamonds are in fact real.

Arrived Missing Stones. They are refusing to accept the return.
Ordered a bridal set, so the engagement ring and band, but no center stone. The order arrived on time, but the engagement ring was missing two side stones. I informed Customer Service within 20 minutes of the package arriving. I was told I would be sent a label since it was a quality problem. That was a week ago, no label. Then told them never mind, I just want to return it. Now they are saying no returns on custom work (they sized it. no engraving, no nothing, just sized), and their warranty doesn't cover missing stones, even though it arrived like this. This company is a complete scam.
Ended up winning the chargeback from the bank. The company did not deliver what was paid for and did not stand behind their own policies. Run away.

The worst quality and customer service I have ever experienced!
I placed my ring order on 8/16/21 and have the emails back and forth confirming it would be put in as a rush order and fulfilled within 7-14 business days 8/16/21. I requested the rush order as we had a trip to Iceland planned the next month where I was planning to propose and I noted needing it before 9/17 prior to actually placing on order. Initially, when reaching out in early September to follow up after 14 business days had passed, I requested the ring by 9/9 to allow adequate time before our trip but I did not receive a response until 9/9 noting it should be delivered Saturday 9/11. Still no ring on 9/11 so I emailed that day and again on 9/13 and repeatedly expressed I needed the ring by September 16 at the latest as we were leaving out of the country to Iceland where the proposal was to take place. In the end, the ring was NOT delivered by 9/16 and I spent 9/17 frantically going to local jewelers prior to our departure and spending more money to get a backup ring to take for the proposal. Upon returning to the US as a newly engaged couple we examined the ring that was delivered too late to discover it had come with dents in the engagement band, a “bubble” of excess material within a loop (I don’t know how else to describe this but it is clearly visible in the pictures), and a wedding band that did not correctly sit with the ring (large gaps between the ring and the band). My fiancé was bummed but loved the ring design so I contacted Allurez to see what could be done. I finally got into contact with a supervisor, who didn’t bother to apologize about the ring not shipping in time but irritatingly enough asked why I was just now calling with the issue 2 weeks after the ring was delivered, to which I explained to her we had been out of the country. I was told due to COVID issues the company was having issues with understaffed ring craftsmen and jewelers but I could send the ring back. At NO point was a shipping label offered, when I asked I was told Allurez doesn’t provide labels per company policy and I would need to pay for it and they would look into getting it refunded after the ring was received and assessed. Wanting to get this done as quickly as possible so I could get the ring on my fiancé's hand I went ahead and paid $84.28 to ship the ring back insured (they were clear it needed to come insured, no problem). After the ring was received, it was confirmed and they said a new ring would be made (rather than “fixing” the original ring), so I requested the new ring be a size 6.5 rather than a 7 since they were making a new one anyway. I was told no problem and Caress also confirmed via email a new ring would be sent and the new size would be 6.5 as well. While waiting for the new ring to be sent I was trying to find out about getting reimbursed the $84.28 I paid to ship the damaged ring back, I was repeatedly told “we don’t refund shipping”, “let me check into it”, “it’s the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping if sending back items for repairs”, “we’re waiting to hear from management what we can do for you”. I have tried to explain so many times that I understand if WE had damaged the ring or wanted something changed then fine that’s no problem and makes sense, but WE did not damage the ring or just decide we wanted something different, it CAME defective in the original shipment. I need someone to explain to me how it makes sense that I am responsible for the cost to ship back a damaged ring to get what I originally ordered? Why am I paying thousands of dollars for the ring PLUS an additional $84.28 in returned shipping to get what I should have gotten in the first place? The ring arrived to us on 11/12/21 and I’m half tempted to just eat the $84.28 I spent on return shipping and drop it as long as my fiancé is happy with the new ring BUT the ring comes, (I even recorded my fiancé opening it), and she says “it’s the same ring”. They sent back the same ring just polished up—the dents are still there, the bubble of metal is still there, and it’s still size 7 (I have a ring measurer from when I was trying to measure other rings of hers before ordering). It appears they tried to adjust the wedding band to sit better with the engagement ring but even that is still not a perfect fit. I contact Allurez again trying to get a hold of the same supervisor, who chooses to email rather than call me back and notes a generic apology in her email and tells me to send the ring back AGAIN. She sends me a shipping label immediately because she knows I’m already pissed about the original returned shipping I paid for (somehow NOW Allurez was able to provide labels?) and said she would be contacting senior management about resolutions. This was on 11/15/21 and confirmed delivery of the ring back to Allurez was on 11/22/21. I called on 11/29/21 and was informed she no longer is with the company. 127 days since I placed my order with no product!
