I was disappointed in the size of the stones on the ring I ordered. The images made the ring look much larger than the reality. I would probably order from Blue Nile next time to get better value.

Took a while to receive my ring but I am happy with it. Thought I would get an actual certificate showing the diamond grade but I did t. I did get one emailed though.

My order from Allurez was delayed over 30 days. There were a nuber of mix-ups. Mostly this was because of the holiday season and that Allures' supplier, a jeweler - ring maker was hit with a number of staff infected by Covid-19. When the ring arrived, an anniverasy ring with natural emerals and diamonds, it was PERFECT! Very fine quality! Worth the wait.

I was really looking forward at first. When my ring arrived, it was a different product than the picture. However, when I called them up and explained that they literally lied on the site, they CREATED A NEW CAST to make the ring that was shown. So overall, the product was not what I expected but the customer service made it worthwile.

I had a pretty good experience. They got me the product quickly making me go from a pretty good or average husband to potentially a great one. We'll see how this anniversary goes.

Jewelry is beautiful. Customer Service could use a little work, but in the end it all worked out, and I am overall pleased with the outcome.
